1) How does the subscription service work?

Our subscription works by sending regular fresh British or Fairtrade flowers in perfect condition out to you or your nominated person every 7, 14 or 28 days. They arrive on a Friday by first class post.

2) How do you make sure my flowers are not damaged?

We take every care in making sure your flowers are not damaged in transit by using specially designed boxes and packaging.

3) Some of my petals are damaged?

Many flowers come with outer leaves which are called guard leaves we leave these on to protect the more delicate flowers in transit. So when you receive your bouquet you can simply remove the outer petals and your flowers should be fine. If you are still not happy please let us know and we will send you out a new bouquet.

4) How much is the delivery cost?

Standard first class delivery is free of charge however there is an option of 1st class tracked service which is an additional £2 per handtied bouquet.

5) How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

If you are going on holiday or simply away for a while, just email us and we can pause your subscription until you return. If you want to cancel your subscription, we will refund you less your discount that you received for ordering a bundle.
